Your request for information
After receiving your initial enquiry, we will send you a package that includes a deed of confidentiality which must be signed by you and submitted to our office.
Follow-up telephone discussion
We contact you to learn more about your background, timing, financial resources, your interest in the senior care industry, and market area of choice.
Completion of the franchise application
Your franchise application is received at Comfort Keepers offices and we review together by phone appointment.
Continued discussion by phone appointment or email
We continue to communicate with you to answer further questions and explain the Comfort Keepers business model in detail.
Signing of Disclosure Document
Upon payment of a deposit and the signing of the disclosure documents you have a minimum of 14 days to properly evaluate the opportunity. The disclosure document has more specific information about the business opportunity.
Franchise agreement signature
Your new franchise agreement is mailed to you for signing, then you return with your cheque for the balance of the franchise fee.
