Q: Is Comfort Keepers still providing all key services?
A: Yes we are, all services are being provided
Q: Are there any changes to current operations?
A: Not at present, we continue to monitor information from the Department of Health and have provided increased infection control training for all CK staff.
Q: What Steps are Comfort Keepers Taking to ensure Clients are Safe?
A: We have increased training for all staff, along with heightened Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & communications for both staff and clients
Q: What Steps are Comfort Keepers Taking to ensure Care Givers are Safe?
A: As above
5. Q: Can we still book home care packages?
A: Yes we can provide in-home or administer services via skype, facetime,etc.
6. Q: Can you help with Shopping or Errands – I can’t leave the House?
A: Yes we can, please give our team a call on 08 9492 8920
7. Q: Can a Carer drop food to my door? Or take me Shopping?
A: Yes we can, we can also access the early morning shopping hours being provided by major supermarkets for the elderly.
8. Q: What are CK’s Hours?
A: Office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm, with an on call service from 4.30pm to 8.30am.
9: Q: I’m in an Aged Care Facility – can you assist? Retirement Villages?
A: Yes we can if requested and if it aligns with government and industry standards
10. Q: My loved one lives in Perth and needs some in-home help – can you assist?
A: Yes we can – please contact us.
11. Q: Do you also provide services for the Resource Sector (FIFO), New Mothers, other?
A: Yes we can provide support services to the community in general, we have a diverse team of fully trained support staff.
12: Q: Do you provide services for People with Disabilities via NDIS?
A: Yes we do
13: Q: Will you provide services for someone in quarantine, or who has tested positive?
A: We would work with the infectious diseases consultants and nurses. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
14. Q: Can I call to speak with someone for advice?

15: Q: Will you still do free in-home consultations or via technology?
A: Yes we can come to your home, or use technology as needed.
