Our Process
When visiting your home, or travelling in a CK transport vehicle, or to a community activity, please rest assured that our Support Workers adhere to stringent protocol and procedures.

Client Screening Process
Comfort Keepers has a dedicated COVID-19 screening process for our clients, We appreciate your help in working with together, to help keep our community safe.

When booking a service, please let us know if:

You are feeling unwell and believe this could be related to being in contact with someone who has COVID-19 (or thinks they may have it). (Symptoms may include a cough, sore throat, fever, loss of taste or smell, or fatigue, etc)

You have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, (or thinks they might have COVID-19,) since your last in-home service.You have recently been overseas or interstate and are required to self-isolate.

Should clients report or demonstrate any symptoms or signs of COVID 19, we will help to refer our clients for further screening and/or testing and assistance as required.

Things to do to stay safe at home

Undertake good personal hygiene (wash hands often with soap and water, or hand sanitiser and cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use your elbow)Wear a face mask as required (personal choice)*

Practice social distancing (1.5 metres apart from others).
