WA has adopted the new National Standard and just released a fantastic new Warning System and App for seniors and all, to assist with extreme summer weather conditions and provide advice on how to stay cool and cope with the heat. The Australian Warning System has three phases:

3 December is the International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) - a global day of celebration, endorsed by the United Nations, to recognise the inspiring stories, contributions, and achievements of those living with a disability (both visible and invisible) in our global community.

Every year, Comfort Keepers is proud to participate in 'Have a Go Day' a fantastic, informative and enjoyable day out for the over 55's.

Did you know that 45% of people in Australia, will face a mental health condition in their lifetime? The Comfort Keepers team, is proud to be supporting Beyond Blue's Mental Health Awareness Month, by hosting a Big Blue Table' Afternoon Tea on Thursday 6 October, for all of our HCP clients, NDIS participants and staff. Together, we can make a difference and help to overcome the stigma surrounding mental health in our community. We encourage all West Australians to join in the conversation, get involved and host a 'Big Blue Table' event - this October.
