At Comfort Keepers, we love arranging surprises for people and going the extra mile, wherever we can. Every so often, we like to arrange random acts of kindness, competitions and fun give aways, or activities for the people of Perth.  

A simple, fun outing to a nearby cafe, park or shopping precinct, can often help to keep people connected to their local community and help to brighten someone’s day. Our recent 'High Tea' afternoon at the fantastic Chinta Cafe in North Perth, was no exception. We congratulate Gary and Jane of Dianella, who recently won the VIP outing , via a Comfort Keepers competition in the recent edition of Have a Go News. Here are some pics and kind words from our winner:

"The prize of High Tea at Chinta Cafe was amazing! On the day, Emma, client coordinator for Comfort Keepers, drove my partner, Jane and myself to Chinta. Emma escorted us to our table and ensured we were comfortable. Chinta provided a delightful location, beautiful china, glassware and cutlery. The food was delicious: savouries included quiche, fishball, chicken and beef. The scones were large and fluffy. Blackberry jam and cream complemented them perfectly. Desserts included: mango cream, orange cupcake and chocolate tart. Tea was individually poured from delicate teapots. Coffee was available in small cups.

The Staff were continually attentive.  Emma delivered us home in the Comfort Keepers transport vehicle and the journey back, was filled with our description of the treats provided. Thank you to Have-A-Go newspaper, Comfort Keepers and especially Emma, for a wonderful day."  Gary and Jane.
